Purely sucks... These people and the store policies plain ol' suck... Been dealing with them for a decade and nothing has changed. Different people same bullcrap...
Employees are not knowledgeable about products. Only shop at the store if you know exactly what you want and require no customer Service
The paint desk needs more people. I work for a company that spends over $150,000 at the Kansas City metro Home Depots, and it's the wait times at the different departments that are the killers. They have done wonders with the pro desk here and in midtown, now let's get the paint desk up to par with at least two people during the day.
Customer service is piss poor at this location! So bad to the point I am really considering not doing anymore business with all Home Depots and start going to Lowe's or Southerland...
I will never shop at Home Depot again. This is America and you have decided that your employees must learn Muslim ways. Lowes will be my go to hardware store from here on.
I was in your store this past Sunday 12/28. I was there to buy paint for my baby's nursery, and although I didn't catch the woman's name that was helping me, I wanted to make sure to mention it to you. It was around 9 am, and I think she was the only one there, so hopefully that will help you narrow it down. She was absolutely wonderful and so helpful!!
