Your customer service sucks! Stopped at your store on my way home tonight to buy one bag of sand. When I walked into the store, I tried to talk to the greeter to ask her where I might find what I wanted, but she got on her phone and waved me away. I went to the garden center and didn't find what I wanted, so I walked to the other side of the store near the building materials, and eventually found the TubeSand. staff is amazing knowledgeable over all great store
I don't do big box for a reason. waited 15 minutes to get wood cut while employees are walking around bullshitting.
My kids and I, as well as our dog Bruno, had a fun time with the kids activity. We will definitely make this a every 1st Sat. routine for our family.
We went to the Home Depot on Bannister 3 weeks ago and ordered a Security door.The contractor cancelled the installation 3 times. Last week they canceled 6 hours before the installation saying contractor had pneumonia , and will try to get some one this Saturday. We were very upset taking off work to be home only to be cancelled time after time.I gold my husband get a refund and let's go to Lowes. Great service, associates helpful
My visit to this store reminded me of why I don't shop at Home Depot. When you have the item you came to purchase in your hand and store employees can't figure out how to complete the transaction, this must be the height of incompetence. Further, the employee didn't even care enough to get off of her phone to do anything about it, so I left without purchasing my item. Ridiculous. I went to the one in Belton, Missouri. Matt was helpful and he listened to what I needed in a dishwasher. It will be delivered Thursday. I agree the stores need more help. Sometimes it is hard to find someone to help you
