Bill in the paint department is awesome, I brought in a ceiling tile that had a copper color on it from 17 years ago, he did a custom color blend that resulted in a perfect match, kudos!
Totally unrelated to the products but I took my two dogs there today and had such a wonderful experience. My Pits tend to be nosey and want everyone to say "hello," and the staff didn't mind one bit. If anything, they showed the same enthusiasm. It honestly made my day! Thank you Mchenry Home Depot staff :)
I have been a very good customer and spent thousands of dollars, at Home Depot in McHenry and also in Florida. With all the business that I have given them, I have found that the customer service was extremely poor and the company of Home Depot does not stand behind their products, even if the products were inferior.
Worst customer service EVER! I mean it's just UNREAL!!!!! Been there many times and always the same! Unreal!!!!!
I really wanted a Halloween decoration that they were out of everywhere. One of the managers was so helpful searching stock on line and trying to find one. In the end they cut out the display decoration ! It has literally just made my whole Halloween season! Thanks for making my favorite holiday even better!
