RecommendedI highly recommend the McHenry, IL Home Depot. Not only are the people helpful, they are truly a part of the community. After a brief conversation about the importance of wearing masks, Geri, the manager, donated 2 boxes of masks and 3 bottles of hand sanitizer for my first grade class. I didn’t even ask - she just did it! This teacher is so grateful. Thank you! 💕
I'm disappointed in how the store took very little to no effort to intervene when someone was assaulted in your store. There's a video that lasts quite a few minutes, where nothing was handled. Home Depot needs to take a stance, and 86 "Karen" from all your stores. Intolerance and hate have no place at Home Depot
Do y'all know there's a video of a racist white lady circulating, that was taken in your store not wearing a mask and threatening to cough on people? Also, at no point in the video does any team member or management step in to help.
Employees not wearing masks... lame. Menards much better
Was just at Home Depot and they are not enforcing the law to wear masks. I told one guy he needed a mask and he told me off. I mentioned it to the person counting at the door and they said they cannot enforce laws like no big deal. Don't shop there if you want to be a law abiding citizen. I hear Menards is enforcing.
I get it employees do not want to be at work at this time, neither do I want to be there, rolling your eyes at customers because we ask for help finding an item is not acceptable though, not lying and telling customers the saw “it’s not working” just because you do not want to do it.

nice job on limiting people in the store. But don't you think the trash container should be at the exit instead of the entrance for people to be able to dispose protective gear like gloves ?
This Home Depot is my favorite! Everyone there always goes above and beyond! My dryer stopped working and by the time I would have it repaired I thought it would be more cost efficient to just get a new one. Ordered one Tuesday had it delivered on Friday morning. The delivery company couldnt hook it up for some reason??? They also refused to put it on the pedestal. They pkaced the new one in my hallway and left.
