Normally very happy with Home Depot but pretty disgusted right now. Previously shopped Merriam store with pretty good luck. Recently moved and have been using Shawnee store, experience not so good. Special ordered front entry door. Didn't get around to installing for a couple months. Got it hung only to discover defects. Kept it anyway since it was already in. Today, began install of new storm door (was purchased in store). Opened to find significant damage and no hardware for install. Clearly this was a return that they put... read more

The Home Depot can't be trusted, they ok on the small things, but can't be trusted on the big items, we have one right down the street, but will go out of our way to go some where else, they don't stand behind their warranty's, they treat you like crap! They are getting worse every day! Buy at your own risk!
