Pretty poor service! Walked into this location looking for a shower and couldn't find anyone to help. Then once we found a person to help they had to get it down. After they got it down he didn't bother to help load or take it to our car. We got home and it was missing a part so we had to go back in to get another part but they said they couldn't help because it's not their product and we need to call the manufacturer to get the part. Horrible customer service! We will not shop here again!
Let's just say my opinion of the customer service in the paint store is "less than desirable"... went back and forth from the store 3 times in 2 days to find the right color and get assistance only to be told "we can't lighten the color, you'll just need to look through all the samples and bring a color to us to make up"... So, thank you Sherwin Williams for being the real "color specialist".
