Terrible carpet experience. Installers fine, product defective, staff at HD and Cooper’s Installation lied about my words to installers, passed the buck back and forth, and we’re far more interested in their profit than my satisfaction.
Pretty poor service! Walked into this location looking for a shower and couldn't find anyone to help. Then once we found a person to help they had to get it down. After they got it down he didn't bother to help load or take it to our car. We got home and it was missing a part so we had to go back in to get another part but they said they couldn't help because it's not their product and we need to call the manufacturer to get the part. Horrible customer service! We will not shop here again!
