I am extremely appalled with my experience tonight at the local Home Depot in Shawnee. My boyfriend and I were at Home Depot this evening and as we were checking out, we witnessed two separate situations where people were not wearing masks, yet they were clearly coughing and making other guests feel uncomfortable. They were both speaking to employees at Home Depot, yet none of the employees mentioned to the guests that were not adhering to STATE MANDATED LAWS and needed to comply. PSA PSA PSA PSA PSA PSA Be sure to bring your gloves if shopping at Home Depot 15501 W 67th ST in Shawnee KS. They want you to use the self checkout with a scanner gun. There’s no way to use the scanner without picking up AND THEY ARE NOT CLEANING the scanners between customers. I asked the “assistant” about cleaning it and she replied “there’s paper towels over there”. customer service, Susan, was more then helpful. she went out of her way to make sure our problem between stores was corrected and then went and picked the order of heavy decking herself. she went over what was expected!!
Super customer service, but they don't deliver...
My husband and I were there this evening and were getting blinds for our new house. I just want to say Mike who helped us find the right blinds for us and cut them for also was super amazing. We really appreciate everything he did.
Well that was a nightmare - registers are down NO COMMUNICATION to the customers. We were there 30 minutes just to check out - I think HD owes us a discount for our next visit - if we even bother to come back
Great found what I needed! Not sure but picked up a nail in my tire somehow, from the parking lot, need a new tire now. Glad to be safe.
