Very disappointed in the service in my two trips there today. There was not one employee in the plumbing or bath sections for over half an hour. Upon giving up with the store I walked out to my car where I counted seven employees bringing carts into the store. I wish it had been better because of how much more convenient it is than the Lowes from where I live but this was upsetting. I was in today, looking for a "patio rim clip".. unfortunately I cannot find one single store that carries them. I went into this home depot today to ask for some advice and maybe find the piece. An older gentleman who was standing at the entrance with a cart helped me and gave me some suggestions. He suggested a sliding piece for a closet door. arrived at the store at 1:45 to buy a dishwasher and microwave, page assistance twice, manager came over at 2:10 said the girl will be back in 10 more minutes no else knows appliances, waited until 2:30 then left, went to Best Buy, had threes salespeople was done in 30 minutes even with comparing units. bought both units , delivery on Saturday too
