In spite of the website saying they had multiples of everything I wanted in stock no one could find any of those things I wanted. Worst nobody was interested in helping me work and when I did finally find somebody to help me like they didn’t know where it was and then wandered off never to be seen again
Don’t buy appliances at Home Depot! We bought a stackable washer dryer and it was delayed to deliver, the delivery messed up the first install and the second install came with missing pieces and now it’s going to take another 2 weeks for delivery on top of the already month! Customer service has been a nightmare as well! Will never order appliances from Home Depot again unless they fix their mistakes! And the washer dryer wasn’t cheap, what a waste of time and money!!!

Big props to Shanna at your Midtown location! I’ve been going to that store for 10 years and it’s generally a chore to find a helpful associate. Shanna approached us, asked if we needed help, then went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. When I commented on how helpful she was compared to past associates, she replied that the store was “turning around” and we should be sure to keep our faith in the store associates. You want white masking tape? They have it. You wanna check yourself out? You can do that.
Not enough staff. When we did find somebody they left to find someone else to help, that wasn't as busy. 45 min for a fork truck. Terrible.
