I went to 4 Home Depots today to help my husband (an electrician) get enough of a certain item. Shout out to DANNY at the Linwood Home Depot. He was by FAR the kindest, most helpful person I encountered. He asked, remembered, and used my name, helped me find multiple items, pulled down additional items from high storage, and genuinely seemed to care that I found everything I needed. Give that man a raise!
Store refuses to service curbside pickup customers (trying to keep their employees safe) saying that need to prioritize their in-store customers purchasing their essential geraniums. Hanging up on me was an especially nice touch.
Normally I am in the Linwood store every few days. Since the stay at home order, I’ve been there about 3 times. I am angry and frustrated after being there a few minutes ago. Less than half of the customers were wearing masks or gloves. I can do my best to stay away from them. But what pisses me off is that out of the many employees, I only saw 2 wearing masks. Too crowded not safe customers with guns. Stay home !!!!!
Between 5 employees and 1 manager it took me 20 minutes to find a lumbar assistant to help me just for him to be unhelpful and rude. Say he didn't have to do his job and was confused how I hadn't found wood when I couldn't find an assistant to get me wood in the first place. Got directions to both ends of the store just to waste my time at both ends. apparently haven't been able to assist anyone all day, but asked me to wait indefinitely in the lumbar department.

I’m currently in the wood section trying to get wood cut for over 25 mins and not one person is helping me even though I asked multiple times. And here is an update finally after asking 3 times someone comes over and says the saw is broken. Here is a thought why not put a sign up stating that
