Your staff sucks at their jobs. After waiting for assistance for over 20 minutes some guy who says he is on light duty with a back problem finally shows up and says he can't even help me carry the things I need. For spending over $300 on one item I expect some service. I'll take my money down the road to Sears Hardware thank you!
