I had a delivery of a dryer today and what a smooth transaction. Eddy and Jose were polite, efficient, on time. The best customer service delivery I’ve ever had . Eddy was awesome he needs a raise!!
Exchanged product and original purchase was not refunded. If it was done in a timely manner I would be fine but I payed off the CC I used and did not want a credit on it. Asked Mgr Jared to send a check...Nope. Faarking thieves.
I had a wonderful experience with this Home Depot store! I needed advice on how to do some sprucing up at my parents home, and both Jon and Jared spent as much time as I needed helping me make decisions - they showed me all my options, patiently helped me work through my decisions, and were really fun and friendly. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt they really went above and beyond. Thanks again Jon and Jared!
Definitely the best customer service I have had in awhile. Pro desk was so helpful with our delivery order. Everyone was very helpful and courteous.
