RecommendedYesterday evening my best friend and I went to Home Depot in Windham CT to get supplies for a bunny hutch. Two men helped us and made our trip easier trying to find materials needed . Angel O. helped us with hardware items and Matt helped us with the lumber. I want to say thank you and we appreciate the help. I’ve been to this location a few times and always had great experience with the employees. All whom I have encountered are helpful and professional. Keep it up, the customer service doesn’t go unnoticed.
If the Home Depot has a national policy that customers wear masks, then why does this store allow customers to enter with no mask?! I was there on Tuesday July 21, 2020, and in the short time I was there getting wood, I witnessed FIVE customers not wearing masks. When I asked the employee at the desk, he said that they can’t enforce it, he can only offer a mask. However, even that was also not offered. We placed an order for pick up at 11 am this morning. At 7 pm we still had not received a confirmation that the order was ready for pick up. When we showed up at around 8pm and went to the pick up line we was informed that the order was never filled and they would get right on it. Also while walking around the store I captured in a photo of a large bottle of Vodka next to the musical toys in the Christmas section :/ No wonder our order was never placed. Not impressed at all. Seeing this order was a $1000+
Absolutely got shafted on a washing machine. Paid for same day installation, and it get dropped off in the middle of my kitchen and that's it; delivery people didn't say anything to me. Turns out it needed a plumber for installation, which wasn't stated in any paperwork or anything, and they don't even handle that; some third party managing company does. So now I have a washing machine in the middle of my kitchen that I have to keep my toddler away from and this place it's basically like "yeah whatever" until Tuesday; 5 days... read more
