The people working in paint do not know what enamel paint is. I spent 10 minutes explaining it to them and then physically taking them to the paint.
Continues to have the worst customer service! Can never find help when needed. I make an effort to avoid shopping there unless there is no other option.

A BIG THANK YOU. Aaron & Terry these two men went out of their way to help us a made sure we got a new Hot Water Tank. Another Home Depot in South KCMo said we were basically out of luck..cause the information was no longer available. Aaron at Blue Springs store explained what we need to do. But then Terry he did a little more checking to make sure we were HAPPY & Satisfied. Need more like these in our World. All the employees we nice .
This store has the WORST customer service! I am a veteran of the United States Air Force and have a SDVOSB (Service Disabled Veteran) contracting company. Veterans get a 10% discount on their purchases and this store is the only Home Depot that refuses to take the ONLY ID card I have which is my Veteran's insurance card. Every other Home Depot and Lowe's has NO problem taking this ID card and giving me the discount, but this store refuses. I spend $$$$$ (A LOT) of money for supplies for the jobs I do.
