I called online support today about making a return for an unopened unused item. I waited on hold for about 20 minutes and finally got to speak to a representative. I was told I could return this item to any store. I went to the Blue Springs Home Depot and ran into issue after issue. The girl helping me tried to issue the return and couldn’t so she called for management to help. After 10 minutes of waiting she called again stating they might of forgotten. You are allowing people into your store without masks. There is a n ordinance stating that masks must be worn. I refuse to shop your store because of this. You need to help protect your customers. If Menards can protect their customers by forcing customers to wear mask so can Home Depot,
RecommendedWe always get great help here. Roy patiently and expertly advised us on our French door. They had it on display so you could really see what you are getting, unlike Menards. And they always treat us like family when we bring in our dog. Great store.
Their process of directing traffic is HORRIFIC. Making people.share a wood stake if they're going to go out onto the outside lawn area is useless and dangerous. you can't check out in the garden area, which would be the safest area to be. it's totally backwards. Also, they sold me a "zucchini" plant but after a couple weeks it has turned out to be a cucumber.
The line to check out was an hour long. Only one register open. On Wednesday afternoon May 6th The garden register closed too!!! 😡😡😡 Terrible.
I don’t recommend curbside pickup. Only store I’ve had issues with this service. If you aren’t making this work for guests, don’t offer this service. Between waiting for it to be ready, and the time waiting in my car just trying to get someone on the phone to bring it out, I would have gotten sooner if I’d shipped. In addition, the line to consumer service: 6 feet was not being observed. I’m still waiting...
Thanks for closing an hour early tonight when everybody was waiting for after the chiefs game to go to your store and get some last minute items for Christmas. You weren’t supposed to close until 8! 😡
What an awesome idea for the kids this Saturday morning. Dad and daughter day started with Home Depot wood project that turned out great. Very accommodating and many kids were there to enjoy the FREE activity. Nice job Home Depot for putting together a great family oriented activity
Great Black Friday sales. Not a lot of help most of the time.
