It’s completely ridiculous how this place doesn’t have their s*** together when it comes to picking up online orders. Multiple times I’ve waiting an hour plus for my order to be “picked” and loaded even when I call hours before to confirm it’s ready to be loaded as soon as I arrive. I’ve even given them hours notice multiple times. Horrible customer service. If the store didn’t have what I needed I would stop shopping here.
2x4s and lumber here sucks. Tired of wasting my money on crap that blows apart. Menards has way better lumber, save your money and go there
ok my family has used home depot for many purchases throughout the years. we needed a washer repair on a 2 year old washer. the warranty dept said 'we have you down for repair service december 26th at 8AM. ya .... no repairman called or showed up. at noon i called warranty again. they let me know a repairman would call me back within the hour. here it is 2 hours later and NO CALL. home depot i was told my washer was a lemon so please replace me washer since a repairman cannot seem to get here.
They don't staff at all plan on waiting hours not minutes
Home Depot protection program is a joke!!!! I've been dealing with a washing machine issue since July. Repair people can't figure out what's wrong and they still refuse to give me a new washer!!! Home Depot, get a new warranty company because these people suck!!
