I love that Home Depot is pet friendly and I can take my dog in there and it's all good. I have always had good customer service and everyone is very friendly and helpful!
Bought our Christmas tree here. It's so beautiful and so DEAD. We've kept it watered and have been responsible tree owners. For 2 weeks we've been trying to nurse it to Christmas. We have a week to go! DON'T BYE YOUR TREE HERE!
Extremely frustrated with The Home Depot, The Home Depot, their carpet department and their installers. We have jumped through hoops to get the carpet installed before the new folks folks move in tomorrow-abiding by all of their timelines etc. they show up Saturday morning and say the measuring guy messed up so they can't lay the carpet but they'll be here first thing Monday morning. Wow. Worst customer service of any hardware storeb I've ever been to. If you need appliances, go to Sears or Nebraska Furniture Mart. If you need hardware, go to Sutherlands or Westlake. This place is a JOKE!
