Curbside pickup was terribly slow. 20 minutes and I was the only car there when I arrived. Either staff it or get rid of it.

How about incentives for people wearing masks (since <50% of the shoppers and NONE of the employees were wearing masks) - give a discount to anyone wearing a mask!!!
We placed a HOME DELIVERY order to avoid the Covid situation, and it was scheduled to arrive a week ago--called customer service and was on hold for 50 minutes..yeah I'm that stubborn. The other item we ordered arrived broken open, and we can't return right now. I will NEVER use HD HOME DELIVERY again!!
The kitchen design team gives excellent customer service! They know their stuff!
