I AM SOO DONE WITH HOMEDEPOT I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW YOU CAN CONSIDER THIS PLACE A "HOME IMPROVEMENT" PLACE YOU CANT BUY ANYTHING UNLESS ITS ONLINE THEN YOU HAVE TO WAIT 2 WEEKS FOR IT TO ARRIVE PLUS THE TRAILERS THEY SELL THE DAMN EMPLOYEES DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO GET REPLACEMEMT PARTS FOR THE SHIT THEY SELL WHAT IN THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE TIME TO BOYCOTT
I love Home Depot. The employees do their best to juggle between their responsibilities keeping the shelves stocked and accommodating every customer who enters the store. People should remember that 1000s of people are in and out of those doors daily. Being a little bit patient with the employees might help you have a better experience. You have a need but so does everyone else. It's not an emergency. Breathe.
A helpful employee took his time to help me get exactly what I needed to finish my project and tips so it would turn out right.

Every part of my experience was poor! From customer service to inefficiency! Took moving to 3 different registers for one to even work! Incorrect prices! Complete chaos from constant chatting with coworker to multiple interruptions from employees! Had to go find help to load in car! Horrible from start to finish! What Should've been 5 minutes became 30! For 6 bags of mulch that i already knew when i walked in!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!! Totally unprofessional on every level!!
They no longer offer veterans discounts...... Thanks Lowes! All of us vets will be headed your way.
