We had a miserable experience today. We were making a large purchase in the garden center. The items were too heavy to put in our vehicles, but the employee said we could rent a truck. We made the purchase - after the cashier counted our items repeatedly, as if we were trying to hide items - & then went to the customer service desk to rent the truck, only to find out none were available. Attended the Kids Workshop Program today with my oldest grandson. This is really a great program that costs nothing to the kids that participate. Wanted to give a special thanks to HD and their employees for helping to make memories.
Only price match lowes. Now I have to wait a couple days to save $100 but it's worth the wait
Today my husband and I went to home depot to get 2 gallons of paint. At no point did the woman Jeanne ask what brand we wanted she just picked the gallons for us. She also was very rude to customers who were hard of hearing all because she was BUSY. She should not be working in customer service if she is going to treat people poorly. All the customers that were around us could see how pissy she was and were clearly annoyed.
Everyone at the Lebanon Home Depot was great especially Asst. Store Mgr. Mike who made sure to get me the best value for my purchases fridge, washer/dryer, medicine cabinets, storage cabinet, lighting fixture and shower heads. I only hope the delivery guys are as nice and knowledgable as the store personnel were.
