THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! I purchased carpet from this store and regretted it from day 1! Never before have I been treated “like a woman” in a hardware store until now. Not one sales rep would help me until I hunted one down! And then I had another one completely walk away from me as I told him my child was missing! Let’s not even start with the carpet installation! Don't buy appliances there. My mother had a horrible experience. She bought several appliances, and when they delivered them the refrigerator was missing, and they just drop off, literally. The don't put anything in place, or set it up for you. Refrigerator didn't work properly, so they were promised a new one, which took weeks to be delivered. When it finally was, the single delivery man couldn't get it in the house alone, so he left it in the yard, didn't take the broken one, and my mother had to have someone else come to ... read more

Home Depot in Lebanon is great with great people. Plus I like the little apron for my cat.
Love how they have kids workshops, is so much fun seeing them having fun and learning safely and making cool projects.
We decided to have our bathroom remodeled through Home Depot!!!! That was the biggest mistake ever!! The entire process was a horrible experience and they won’t do anything to make it better. This was not a easy process as Home Depot has made this project almost unbearable. We will never use Home Depot services again!!!! They have the worst customer service and the knowledge of the employees is very unsatisfactory and they lack professionalism!!
Went to your store in Lebanon,Pa yesterday. I asked about a veterans discount. I was told that you only do that on holidays. I didn't serve my country only on a holiday. I left and went to Lowes of which they happily gave me a discount for my $350 sale. Can you explain to me why this is your policy??
