We couldn't find the salt for our Rain soft water filter. We asked the girls at the customer service desk and they told us to look on the back wall past the mill works. We looked everywhere and couldn't find it. We saw a young man and my husband asked him where the salt was. He immediately told the lady he was working with that he would be right back and walked us to the salt and helped us load it! He was incredibly helpful an nice.
We have had a great experience with Home Depot during the construction of our new home. Missy and Grady have went above and beyond to earn our business. Customer service is on point!
The employees here are awesome. I came in to buy a toolbox and the only one they had was a floor model so they gave me a discount on it. Really made my day.
We did a fairly lengthy pro job, and Melissa at the pro desk was fantastic! She bent over backwards time and again to make sure we were taken care of!
The internet order process was easy. Loading 9 bags of concrete and 130 pickets because everyone was on break was not so easy.

When a company supports Islam they support beating women, rapeing children, slavery, and murdering of innocent people. I will never shop for anything in your store again! Ace, Lowe's, online! If you live in Florence and support Home Depot you also support Islam!
