Called 6 times this morning trying to rent a tiller; never talked to an individual other than “Please hold” as soon as phone was answered but they never came back to the line. Then, go to the store this afternoon and there’s 3 people behind paint counter but two of those standing around talking while the older gentleman was working. Went to check out (self checkout since only one register was open) and there’s 5 female employees standing close to the contractor entrance doing absolutely nothing. NOTHING.

I took my grandson Cade with me to shop for paint and each time I was their the employees of the paint department let Cade help which he loves to help they were very helpful and patient when showing Cade everything they were doing , they made him feel very important. So thank you Karen, Felicia and I never got the first young lady’s name but truly I was appreciative of the employees of the Florence Alabama Home Depot you get a A for customer service from me! Thank you all for a job well done!😊
