Employee told me their saw was cutting crooked and indicated if I had something cut I owned it. Sad that Home Depot can't afford a saw or get that one fixed!!!! Going somewhere else!!

Went to buy flooring. The two associates that work there acting like we were bothering them. Heaven forbid we ask a question. Had to wait forever to get it loaded.

Had a great experience at Home Depot , everyone was very nice, and helped this old lady that was about to go into panic mode !!! Hats off to the amazing staff at the Florence Home Depot today! When Lowes informed my husband that his mower wouldn't be delivered as scheduled, we returned the mower and went to Home Depot. They went above and beyond to help us out and got us out mower today. Thank you!!
When it is a Holiday weekend they need more employees working. A lady in the flooring department asked us what we needed, wrote it down and said she would get someone else to get our flooring. We waited 30 minutes on someone and no one showed up. Every employee that came by that I asked to help said they were too busy and were helping other people. We wanted over 60 cases of flooring so Home Depot just lost my money. I'll take my business to Lowes.
