Employees are very courteous and helpful.
When I bought my washer I was told that someone would call and give me a delivery window between 8-12 in the AM or 12-4 in the PM. I just got a call that said the delivery was between 4-12 in the PM. Who in their right mind delivers at this time on a Saturday. Needless to say I had to re-schedule. Home Depots delivery system gets an "F". They do not deserve one star but that was the lowest rating I could give. Home Depot:"get a new delivery company also let your employees know they deliver Saturday night."
