Excellent products excellent service
I have ALWAYS loved Home Depot and shop there all the time and me! I came into this one and the greeter took it upon himself to rant me because I'm wearing a Trump hat. He wouldn't shut up and even commented that now I will be as red as my hat. I reported him to the manager. Came back a few hours later to see he is still there and he started right back. What a bad representative for a company I love to shop at or at least used to.
Thank you to the Assistant Manager that was working the Customer Service Desk Thursday afternoon. His professionalism and how he took care of not only me but the customers that were in line before me. He is truly a great attest to your management team. Thank you again!!!

The most amazing team I've seen at a Home Depot. After finding out we were from Rockport, the staff was so helpful and kind. When you've lost so much the kindness of strangers means so much. Augie is the best. Carol and Elizabeth were great. Thank you SA for the love and support.
Nobody to help you no one in charge
Terrible customer service...waited 25 mins to speak to someone about doors, all to be jumped in line by a stupid customer and the employee helped them over us...so i waited an hour and still no help so I just walked out...to find ppl just standing around at the front of the store doing nothin and unable to help us...worst home depot ever!
Had a blast at Black Friday got really good deals customers were very friendly sales associates were very friendly and cashiers were so helpful and they wished me a Merry Christmas
