Friendly and helpful associates, clean facilities, well stocked shelves, plus I got everything I needed to finish my Sunday DIY project. They even give military discounts 👍
rude towards veterans and disabled . I asked for help once with huge bags of top soil and the two kids acted like they were inconvenienced by me asking for help . cashier's are rude no help when you check out in self line .
Love it but Most workers don’t know the inventory..... And.... not enough help!
Go to a different Home Depot! They only have the self checkout line open. This may not seem like a big deal since some people favor self checkout, but it's a big deal when you purchase multiple items that are the exact same item. A cashier can press "quantity 10" for example, whereas a customer gets to scan each item slowly, one by one. I even took the time the time to try and reach out to Home Depot by taking their survey on the receipt and asking for someone to contact me, yet nobody has. Diego, up at Customer Service, is a PRO!! He went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me find some products in his store AND in another HD. He allowed me to pre-pay for my products to ensure my products (at the other store) weren't swooped up by someone else. Diego was calm, helpful, courteous, friendly, & knowledgeable. At one point, he transferred me to Mike, in Plumbing, and Mike was extremely knowledgeable & helpful as well!! I'm happy to say Walzem Home Depot is MY Home Depot!
I took my nephew to the Children's Workshop on the 1st Saturday of the month, He absolutely loved it!!! And the snack at the end was so thoughtful, just wish water was 1 option for the drink, since he doesn't like juices.....lol Thank you to the staff who were so fun and helpful ☆☆☆☆☆
