I ordered a set of 3 doors back in June. One of the 3 doors came damaged and had to be reordered which I was told would be expedited but wasn’t and took 2 weeks. It’s now September and 1 of the 3 doors is still somehow missing. I’ve made 5+ trips to the store and countless phone calls to find they reordered the wrong door and now still nothing. I ordered a window from them, signed a contract and paid for it. Now they want more money to make it even tho I had agreed on a set price and signed a contract. Whats the purpose of signing a contract when you have no intent on honoring it. Shameful.
