Disappointed with the $8,000 carpet that was installed 2 years ago. Home Depot offered a 2 year warranty that they did not stand behind at all. Will not shop there.
I love the new carts with the kid seats w/steering wheels! It made it easier to get what I needed. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Wow, we cannot thank the Management Team at this Home Depot enough! We had purchased a new snowblower, and on the date of the first snow, it didn't work. My husband talked to HD and they not only agreed to exchange the snowblower, they came over and picked up the old one (saving my husband having to rent a trailer) and shoveled our walkway on top of it! Completely unexpected and way above and beyond the call of duty! Very impressed with the extent this site will go to in order to ensure customer satisfaction! THANK YOU
I can never find an employee to help me. Very frustrating.
I humbly ask your help with this... those of you who know Scott Favilla's story know the challenges we have had in our marriage... we have a big yard and teenagers to help us through the years, but now as they got to graduation, we need to look out for our best interest in being able to stay where we are .. please help if you can ..
