CUSTOMER SERVICE SUX!!! Couldnt find anyone to help even after walking three different departments. The one guy i did find said he didnt work the department i needed help at. SMH!!!

This place has no customer service, called 14 times, hung up numerous times, was lied to by transferring to a manager named Marie- there is no mgr by that name, no wonder people go anywhere else but the south side to do their business. Hope GM Timothy Cardenas was told of my experience by the MOD Rosa This will be the last time I shop here
My husband's tools we're stolen from his truck from right in front of the contractors covered entrance. Where was your security guard ?? We went back this week and where was your guard, hiding on his cell phone. I took a a picture to show you store manager. She stated she would talk to him. Very unprofessional and so disappointed with this store.
