Went by yesterday at 4:35pm to place a special order to augment a prior purchase. Waited 10 minutes for a service rep who informed me the company he needed to contact closed 15 minutes ago. I went back today at 11:45 and had to wait 34 minutes at service desk in order to speak to a service rep (though they were paged 4 times). Never showed up. Escalated to manager who sent an under-trained employee to assist. He didn’t know how to place orders so nothing could be done. Well over an hour wasted and I still can’t get the part ... read more
A lot busier than the one on Fair. No carts available. They sent me outside to get one from the return cart station. No sanitizing. Had to ask twice for someone to make a key. Enjoyed their Halloween displays.
they are RUDE AND LAZY MY ADVICE IS GO TO A DIFFERENT HOME DEPOT. GOOD LUCK
I don't recall applying as an employee nor did I see where I could get a discount for checking myself out🙄. if I wanted to have no service, I'd have ordered online. Unfortunately, keys can't be made that way.
OMG ...I was helped by a Gentleman named James he helped me get all the plumming parts for my broken showerhead...he was heaven sent...

well truth be told, I have to change my review. I ordered a John Deere mower. you failed to deliver. yes, you upgraded my mower, but the delivery was made by a guy who gave me 12 minutes to get home from my bank where I was going to apply for a small business loan. had to rush home to receive mower and make sure my dog didn't attack or get out. then to top it off, the mower has a dead battery. either that or I've forgotten how to get a mower started.
