Very poor customer service, the store managers need to be trained better for better and excellent customer service. Without customers these employees wouldn’t even have a JOB. They just lost all our family business that we had been giving them for over 50 years. We won’t return to this store anymore.. 😡😡

Good stock and knowledgeable staff. They don't rearrange the stuff like HEB so I can find what I want without chasing down a worker.
They could start by giving me a call when they fail to deliver the items I paid for. Then they could answer the phone.
I did not enter because the line is too large and NO ARE NOT DOING SOCIAL DISTANCE 😔

I appreciate your store being open but closing at 6 pm is unnecessary. other essential people don't get off until 5 and cannot make it by 6. now I have to make another trip...

This Home Depot is the worse when it comes to customer service. They've intentionally hung up on me twice now when I've tried to ask about what they have available in stock. Very unprofessional.
