I am in this store daily! I have met new friends because of it. The staff is knowledgeable and takes the time to get you the products needed. I enjoyed shopping here so much I made a career change and became an employee myself, today!!

My experience was great in the store. The lady at the exit door was awesome!! The bad part is the parking lot!! It’s always so crowded!! So many cars!! Not enough room for people to get by...and the accidents happen!!!

Logistics is completely absent. It is chaos in the mornings with no order. There is not enough hands on deck to take care of the demand first thing in the am. One cashier sent us on a wild goose chase to get the product we paid for. One employee passes the customer off to another employee who passes you off to another and on and on....until you happen to run in to the one good employee who actually cares about his job and genuinely wants to help you (if you're lucky).

Post Hurricane, thought they are understaffed and overworked, they remain helpful. Thanks for the help!

Everytime I call to pay for an order that was placed, no one will answer the phone. And when they do, it goes to a department, rings for a little bit and kicks you back to the initial recorded message, which then puts you back on hold. I'm still on hold as I type this. It's been 29 minutes and 11 seconds. I'll be buying all of my stuff from Lowe's from now on. This is ridiculous. And they can't blame it on not enough staff due to the hurricane because this happened BEFORE the hurricane too.
