Home Depot: Good selection The Home Depot on 23rd St. has a really good selection of products related to almost every home project. They are often busy with too few employees, but when you are able to connect with an employee, I have always received good service.
They got what you need but they don't know where it is Home Depot is the place to go if you need that hard to find screw, bolt, or nut. I have, however, had bad experiences finding someone who acutally knows what they are doing. On the other hand they are far superior to their competitors.

I just left this location. The signage at the entrances said “masks are now mandatory” but there were multiple customers in the store not wearing one. At checkout I asked a cashier how the mandatory mask wearing is being enforced. She said I’d have to talk to the manager & that she’s not going to ask people to put on a mask, that she’s staying out of that. Rules mean nothing if they are not enforced. I ordered a new refrigerator for delivery today. I was told before they could hook it up (for ice maker only) that I would have to clean the area because it was nasty. Yes the kitchen was in disarray due to me emptying the refrigerator out. After that I refused delivery and demanded my money back. I called the store and told the manager what happened and he wasn’t concerned at all. Guess I’ll have to go to Lowe’s this weekend.
I am very disapponted in the lack of customer care during this pandemic. I phoned to order paint samples for my home that was severely damaged during hurricane Michael, they would NOT allow me order via online or over the phone, which means that I would have to wait around, in the store.. for three paint samples.. during a pandemic. No thank you, I'll buy my paint elsewhere from now on.
