Great staff and nice layout. They got it all it seems like
I won't shop there for big items again! They do not know how to treat their customers. They put their phone on attendant 3+ hours before closing time!!! No one answers their phones even when they are not busy!
I never write reviews but I just had to after dealing with this store. I've never been to a place that had so many employees around that new so little. I asked where things were for about 30 minutes of my hour time there, employee after employee came to help and just called another after another until no prevail! I was looking for sandpaper and a tiki torch !!! How hard was that ! They need to educate their employees better! I'll stick to HD on the beach from now on!
Why no more veteran discounts. VA card with service related Vietnam injuries. Lowes doesn't have a problem.
Too bad I can't give NEGATIVE stars. What a joke. Don't shop there if it's something you need. Flowers maybe, potting soil perhaps.
We brought our new baby into this store for the first time and the associates immediately greeted her and went and found her an apron with her name on it!! I can't believe how polite everyone there was!! Got a great team at this store!!
They con you in believing item in sale paper on sale,, when it is NOT on sale.. Saw an item in "SALES PAPER" and was going to buy,, come to find out it was the retail price and wasn't even on sale.. WHY add items in a SALES PAPER when it is NOT on sale,, just to con you in getting you down there to the store.. what BS..
