Love this store, everyone is very helpful, very well stocked and organized.
Went online and ordered mini blinds said they were in stock paid for them, waited two hours, went to the store they don't have them. The girl at the Customer Servise snapped her gum so many times it was ridiculous, how can you chew gum like a cow when you're waiting on customers!!!! I took all my blinds down because I was picking them up to rehang them now I have no window coverings. Thanks for. nothing Home Depot I guess I'll go to Lowe's. BTW, spent an hour in the store while frick and frack tried to find the non-existent ... read more

Great company to work for!! Glad I came back!! Customer's are very friendly here and a pleasure to wait on.
Another visit with rude employees. At checkout counter buying $50 of mulch in Garden Center with my son, when I show Marie, the cashier, my Military ID. With hand on her hip, she asks, "Who is paying for this?" I said, "me." She adds in the discount and asks "what card are you going to use?" I state that I'm paying in cash. Marie sighs and say "Lord have mercy," like she is being put out. I'm so sorry that you have to count out $45 dollars and pull out the change from the drawer. What is wrong with your people? This store has been awesome! We remodeled our home and every trip to this store has been a delight! Our floor tile was great! New countertops in kitchen installed- GREAT! Fencing, tools, paint, ceiling fans, lights.... We got it all at the Home Depot West Melb store. And they have the best service
