I have rented equipment from your store for the last past 5 weeks. All those times I was helped with great service. Today I came to rent a machine and Your staff would NOT help me load it! very disappointed. Thats NOT the way you treat loyal customers!!!

Ordered a dishwasher for my rental unit that was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago. Home Depot was specifically told that the manager was not on duty until 9am when they called the day before for a delivery time. They showed up at 7 am and left without delivering or calling. Today they were scheduled again to deliver with the after 9 am time frame. They showed up again at 7 am and left without delivering or calling. New delivery date is for a week later! worst experience ever. I am tearing up my home depot card. never buying there again. West Melbourne store manager a jerk, never called to apologize even when corporate said they would tell him to do so. Appliance delivery to my son was a nightmare, ruined his walls and floors and door. Delivery man didn't know anything was dumb as a post. Delivery was at night, asked to borrow tools, told us if he didn't install warranty was void, which was a lie.
