This has to be the worst Home Depot in the state of GA!!!! Was supposed to have a major delivery this morning and we get a call from the delivery person telling us that this store is refusing to place my item on their truck because "they don't have time for this today". Now, I have made a $2,000 purchase and this store does NOT have time to load my item. Then to top that off, the "manager" will NOT even speak to my husband about the issue because he is busy. Staff friendly as hell and helpful. They even rang us up in a self check out.
I waited several minutes for the promised help loading mulch into my car. He never showed up, so I began loading the 12 bags by myself. At about bag #6, I noticed the young man in the orange apron pretending to be very busy in the parking lot area of the nursery just a few yards away. I know he saw the middle aged woman in office attire (me) struggling with the awkward heavy bags in the 90* parking lot, but no help was offered to me or the elderly man who also needed assistance loading mulch.
