I have been attending the DIY herself workshops and they are so fun. I've learned a lot and the employees are wonderful even the ones not involved in the classes
Another woman and I stood at the cutting center for over 30mins waiting for an associate to come cut our items for us. I personally spoke to four employees whom all told me to stand by the cutter and someone would be right there to help me (I don't know how many she spoke too). It's sad that I actually had call the store in order to get any help. If I wasn't under a time restraint I would have left my materials and went to LOWES!
This is my very favorite Home Depot employees are very attractive

This is by far the best Home Depot around! Everyone was so very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I found everything I needed!
This store is run so poorly. Their policy on returned, defective merchandise is to throw it back into inventory. No one cares and customer service is a disgrace. Third time in one week that I purchased used defective merchandise. Buyer beware. Rep. Debbie Wasserman-Schultz
