Never have what you want & when they do cheap merchandise...better quality at Lowe’s
My new whirlpool refrigerator was delivered last week; doesn’t work; waiting another week for the replacement! No refrigerator until hopefully Thursday and hopefully this one will work! Extremely unhappy with this situation and would definitely think again before buying at Home Depot! I don’t understand why they couldn’t replace it the next day! I’m going to think twice since this is my Home Depot experience!
My husband who is an army vet with a fractured arm in a sling came in for 3 plywood boards and you wouldn't help him load it in his pick up because you were "too busy"... WTH.. we will be going to Lowe's from now and selling my dam stock no matter what it's worth!!!!�
Home Depot Davie, You would sell more appliances if you had more than one salesperson. A problem that has been going on for years! When you ask manager on duty, all they say is they are sorry. How about all the roaming employees around the isles? Wouldn't you sell more money with the purchase of two electrical appliances than with someone buying a wrench or nail in one of the isles? It's not the economy, it's the lack of customer service that drives people away.
