We had a great experience today in The paint department Rick and Teneell were super helpful and so friendly.
We bought a grill and paid to have Home Depot assemble it. We waited 2 weeks - no call. Finally, we went in today only to find out that they had no idea where our grill was -- and wanted to sell us another one at more than twice the price. We got a refund, and a reminder of why you should NEVER SHOP AT HOME DEPOT.
What a bait and switch our "free" workshop costs $40 the free is to "show" us how to make it. Way to disappoint 7 LCPS school teachers looking for an inexpensive night out. Asked for store manager but he is on vacation. All the manager on duty needed to say was sorry for the confusion but instead rudely insisted he was right and we were wrong. Not the best customer service.
