Terrible Customer Service! 😢
Waited over 1/2 hour to find someone to help. Product flyer taped to the shelf was “Special Bu of 3/$12. Price on shelf was $3.98.... only self serve checkout. I hate this store. Not the first bad experience either.

We bought a Whirlpool fridge from them 4 weeks ago - FOUR WEEKS - and still don’t have it. The first two times the fridge was delivered damaged and had to be returned to the warehouse. The last time the weather prevented the delivery truck from getting into our neighborhood. I understand things happen, but every time my husband has had to take off of work to wait for the delivery, and then spend hours on the phone to reschedule. So very unhappy with your online service I ordered 2 items on Saturday Dec 2 and it took my credit card but when I try to check status with you all (I have called you three times) it shows I bought nothing no status no tracking very disappointed that I have had to call and waste my valuable time to check on order which by the way said it would be here Dec 5!! I still do not have my items�
