Went in today to return something. I don't usually go inside stores anymore but had to do the return. Customers not properly wearing masks. Employees masks not covering their noses. Just disgusting.
I ordered a griddle from here and paid extra to have it delivered on Saturday June 6th. They "forgot" to put it on the truck. After spending an hour on the phone I was told I would receive a call from the manager. Never got a call. Called Sunday and after spending almost 2 hours on the phone I asked for them to just cancel my order. They said they couldn't and to just refuse the delivery. Yes we’re in a pandemic, but changing all your phones so we can’t call to check on a online delivery order that by the way , sent no Emails about status either. The 800 number is great if you want to wait for an hour to here that it’s being processed! I just want a date of delivery! That’s it! This lumber can’t be stuffed in my car, nor will it fly to our house. You advertise delivery, how about a way to talk to a person who knows when that may be? Still waiting..........
Just letting Home Depot know that when you sell DeWalt tools for almost $300 for a circular saw and it’s made in China I have no interest in making a purchase from you.
My fur babies love shopping at Home Depot. Nothing like a cart ride through the store with lots of people giving them attention. 🐾💕
We ordered $1500 worth of materials to be delivered from here, they delayed the delivery by one week, delivered less than 1/3 of the delivery, and despite four attempts to speak with someone, I have been hung up on instead of transferred to the Pro Desk four times. Literally any hardware store could have done a better job with minimal effort, I don’t recommend this location.
Such a fantastic store. We go every weekend! Love the workshop for kids. Sry helpful employees.
Tim cut some lumber for me today and was excellent! He picked out the best pieces for me, carried them and cut them perfectly.
