I had to replace my front door and screen. They were very helpful. The job was done in a timely manner.
Got a LG portable room air today. When unpacking one of the bags containing parts was open. The remote had the batteries installed, which when new must be installed as part of the set up before using. Bottom of box had water in it. This makes it quit obvious that this unit was an return open box item as was sold as such. Makes kind of leery for future high dollar purchases from this store. Well this is what I think about H.D. First off I worked for HD 17 years and didn't get fired . Home Depot is a great company to work for. Second, I was a sales associate and enjoyed the position so much my review stated that I was well positioned. I started in 2001. H D is dedicated to costumer service and always will be. I went in to browse evaporative coolers, when I found an install kit I wanted that was on the top rack I asked for assistance getting it down. This took over an hour to accomplish and was unacceptable. I will go to a different Home Depot in my area or a Lowes from now on.

Great staff. Always very helpful. With all the wind damage, they have run out of cedar 2x4 and fence brackets. I understand supply and demand but the price increase for fencing supplies over the past few months is substantial.
