I made an online order on Saturday June 13th for a door that is supposed to be delivered to the store in August and a vacuum with a warranty plan that was supposed to be delivered to my house on Monday June 15th. I checked my order Sunday and on Monday bright and early around 7. It’s all well and good that HD donated their entire stock of face masks to hospitals, but it’s putting me in danger of getting sick. I have asthma, I need PPE also. HF did the same thing. Glad everyone is so sensitive and woke, but your actions have consequences. Some nitrile gloves would be nice too.
My goodness, just finish buying a TOP BRAND toilet from Home Depot. We waited for assisted for a carry out for about 20 minutes, and no one responds. I walk out to the car to rearrange a few things and here comes hubby and a female employee because no one shows? Like I said, My goodness! Thanks to this young lady for her help! She definitely should be promoted, because she could have easily not have helped like the young man who walked passed and couldn’t have cared less!
I wait a half hour to get my order pulled then it comes out damaged . Really why do you even have online ordering. It takes 3 times longer then just buying in the store. Every time I get an online order it has forklift damage. My crew waiting on materials. I am over here waiting to get a new order because you damage the first order. This is ridiculous . You people love to waste my time.
This Home Depot is really nice! The employees here are way nicer than any of the other Home Depot in the springs!
Sales clerks refused to honor posted sale signage because it wasn't in their sales flyer.
tried to order a screen door, sign said go to contractors desk. they wouldn't or couldn't help us. stood at customer service for 5 min with no acknowledgement. off to lowes we go.
