Never installed my garage door opener that I paid for and never delivered my fridge to my kitchen but dumped it outside in the snow. Hate this company!!!!
Military discount caps at $50 and isn't posted anywhere online or in store. Also cannot accept military discount online. Lowe's accepts it online and doesn't have a cap. That's what valuing service members looks like!
What a terrible trip to Home Depot. The garden center was closed. I went to the customer service desk, saw 8 different employees, and stood there waiting for one of them to help me. After several minutes of waiting, finally someone came over and said the garden center was closed because of lightning. I took my other item to the cash register with a light on. No one was there. Great kids workshop! Helpful staff always. Never a line at check out. Usually have what I need.
They seem to screw up every single order you have. Plan for a 30-40 min wait every time while there are 25 employees standing around on the phone or talking to each other like the customers are the problem. Worst Home Depot we ever buy from!
