The Home Depot won't honor my return on the appliance I bought from them a piece of crap Samsung dishwasher and I kept getting LC code. it is 4 weeks old this is a common problem I found out I just wanted my money back I would have bought a different brand at the same homedepot now I will never buy another appliance from any homedepot.
DO NOT GET A PICKUP ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!! THEY ARE SO RUDE!!! Here's the story: I pulled into the pickup parking spot shortly after 9:00 am and call the number listed on the sign. The sign says to dial extension 142 but when the robot answers, there is no option to dial an extension. So I tell the robot "extension 142" and which point the robot says it doesn't understand that but it will transfer me to someone. Three minutes on hold and I get disconnected. apparently this company will do nothing about the fact there delivery people wont deliver. I paid for delivery and installation on a washer and dryer set, and they have now just decided not to deliver for 2 straight weeks.
Delivery is terrible. they just don't show up
Always forget to visit this location since Lowe’s is closer but every single time I go there they have a better plant/flower selection and their prices are just the same. I will drive the distance to this location for ALL my flower/plant needs. Plus today my husband took our son to their monthly woodworking project that they do for FREE, and they both had such a great time! My son made me a Christmas countdown and I just love it.
