Horrible customer service. Asked several times for loading assistance and no one came. I guess they saw the 2 cart loads full of lumber and ran away to hide. Lazy. It's a shame because we pay a lot of money for our lumber. We asked several times for help and no one came. But they can send 3 workers to help someone load a bathtub. Once they were done they were too busy jabbing to see someone else needed help. Of course they looked our way but not helped one bit. My husband & i went in tonight for some electrical pieces for a work project. We were helped by the sweetest young man (Travis). Not only was this young man very helpful but he was actually very knowledgeable of your products...
Great customer service and great equipment! The wife and I did a DIY on blown insulation. Found the product that we wanted, couldn't find it at the other guys. Helpful employees and the machine was in great working order well maintained. Thank y'all!

Bought a new washer from Home Depot today. Samsung top load HE. Who new you had to have a computer programming back ground to wash clothes. What happen to the old days when u plugged it in and it worked. If it wasn't level u got exercise chasing it around the room. Oh and this one doesn't work. Home depot said bring it back. Thanks.....because I bought a floor model on a discount they won't replace it. So I'm going to spend 4 hours on the road this weekend for a broke washer. Avoid home depot in Texarkana.
