Thanks to one of your customers not putting their buggy up and putting it next to my Lincoln I now have $2300.00 worth of damage to the passenger door. I know you can’t make your customers put up their buggy’s but you can make your employees get them out of the parking lot.
They don't stand behind the Equipment while under Warranty ! They try to pass it own to someone else. My Equipment is still under Factory Warranty, so I contact the Factory, Factory wants me to drive 45 miles to a mom and pop shop and I said no ! I contacted The Home Depot back and their answer is that they would ship it out to one of their service centers for repairs , but can not give me a time as to when to expect my piece of equipment back. So now my garden looks like a hay field ! Way to go "The Home Depot" !!!
Terribly slow service every time I deal with them.
My husband and I went to Lowe's last week looking for a bathroom faucet. We were not happy with the service we got. We went to Home Depot looking for the same thing. Although we has to hunt someone down to help, the man that did help was more than eager to do it.
