Poor service on the weekends
Recommendedi do recommend home depot.. have always been able to get what I have needed when it came to whatever I have been doing from yard to home renovation. But needed a washing machine today because ours broke down last night and its 11 years old.. bought a new dryer there 2 yrs ago and walked out with it.. and now want the matching washer.. but today they apparently no longer keep anything in stock. ordered on a Wednesday for pickup, got the confirmation to pickup 3 hours later. go to pick up on Friday, because it's an hour away for me. wait 40 minutes and then get told sorry sir we just don't have them, now that's not your fault but we just don't have them. there's nothing I can do. really? nothing? you couldn't call another store? you couldn't check your delivery schedule? then you call me inside to refund my money and I make sure to stay back from you because I left my mask in the truck because I wasn't planning on g... read more
Great products and have bought over $5,000 the last 6 months on my Home Depot credit card

When I ordered something that had been dropped during shipment, they replaced it without any hassle..
Bought washer , salesman was very helpful , only drawback is having to wait almost 3 weeks for it to be delivered

I went to Home Depot today and had terrible service, rude employees, and absolutely no help. I went somewhere else to buy the materials I needed ($2000 worth). I had to come back to the store for a special item and Jacqueline Thomas is the only reason I will ever come back. she was super, friendly, and got more work done with a bum leg than the rest of the employees put together.
